Been a slacker, but it is cuz I am moving to a new apartment mostly, but also cuz I have been seeing a guy, can you believe that? And he isn't even an imaginary guy..... I need to catch up on everyone's blog!!
anyway, just a moment to remember those who have died to protect this country and for those who have fought to insure we have the freedom and liberty so many of us seem to take for granted.
As Benjamin Franklin wrote in 1775: "they who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
