zucchini - it ain't just for Breakfast anymore
this one goes out to Keely, over at The Un Mom. My sister has QUITE the green thumb. Lord knows what she does with all these things, besides decorate her children, and make chocolate chip zucchini cake.....

Over here they call them "courgettes." And eggplants are "aubergines." Think the Brits are a bit closer to the French than they'd like to admit!
